Bigger days out: Inman Gulf's Rainbow Falls loop (6.9 mi over a 200–300-ft canyon), Gleasmans Falls (6.6 mi round trip), and Robert G. Wehle State Park's Lake Ontario bluffs — famous sunsets, but keep kids off the edges. On post: the Fort Drum Trails and James R. Kanik Nature Trail.
