What this site is
PCSHomes is a free information resource for families moving to Fort Drum, New York, plus a way to get introduced to local professionals we trust. It is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official source of the U.S. Army, Fort Drum, or the Department of Defense.
Information, not official guidance
We work hard to keep our guides accurate and current, but BAH rates, entitlements, school policies, waitlists, and phone numbers change. Always confirm anything that matters against the official source: your orders, your transportation office, DFAS, TRICARE, or the school district itself. Our calculators are planning tools, not quotes or financial advice.
The professionals we introduce
When you ask to be connected with an agent, or another professional, we make the introduction and they take it from there. They work for you under their own licenses, agreements, and responsibilities. PCSHomes is not a party to any transaction between you and them, doesn't handle your money, and isn't responsible for their services. Partners never pay us for placement or ranking.
What we ask of you

- Don't scrape, spam, misrepresent, or attempt to break the site.

The writing, guides, and tools on this site belong to Wood Consulting LLC. Share links freely; don't republish our pages as your own. Photos and map data come from their respective owners and carry their own attributions.
